If I understand you, you want to see a matchups/suggestions calculator solely based on hero win rates? Regardless of how to fare alongside/against each other?
Sorry, for now there's no reason to add such a thing. Hero winrates alone is not good. I don't want to suggest a skywrath vs an anti mage just because he has good winrate.
